The Chuck Chilli brand was an interesting and fun project for us. Before they found us, they were having their labels printed at a signage company on vinyl. However signage printers are designed for outdoor viewing, the print quality on the bottles was poor for a product label and one couldn't read most of the text.
We saw their product on the shelf and realised they couldn't possibly be happy with how their product looked. We did a reprint for them and they instantly fell in love with the print quality. Thing is, if your product is on a supermarket shelf, competing with big brands, your product packaging must be able to compete.
Our high resolution digital presses are specifically designed for product labelling, to be viewed up close and meant that even the tiniest text on the bottle was crisp and legible.
since joining us, Chuck Chilli has expanded their range to include a smaller bottle and the fact that we can offer self-adhesive labels in any shape, meant that we could have a little fun with their tag-line. We changed the lid label to include a "Leg with a boot on the end" to extend down the side of the bottle as a product seal with their tag-line "Beware the Kick" - it's cheeky and fun and attracts attention on the shelf! We love working with Chuck Chilli and will continue to help their brand grow in any way we can!
